COD Limitations
Cash on Delivery is subject to availability in your area and order value limits. We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if we suspect fraudulent activity.
5. Delivery Expectations
Shipping Areas
We deliver across India. Delivery times vary based on location:
- Metro cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, shipping charges apply based on weight and destination.
Delivery Process
You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply for multiple failed attempts.
6. Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or wrong products. Products must be in original condition with packaging.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care products (opened)
- Customized or personalized items
- Products damaged due to customer misuse

- Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners
- Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
Our maximum liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
